All sales are final on liners, care products, padded rails, sheets, comforters and mattress covers. Please choose carefully-we will cheerfully exchange any unopened product. Shipping charges on exchanges will be the customer's responsibility and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Shipping:
If you live in the Continental United States (excluding AK), all products that can be shipped on UPS on our Web Site are FREE of shipping charges on all purchases. . For those who live in remote area or live on an island, we calculate shipping cost on an individual basis. Please call us  for a shipping quote. On all "In Stock" items ordered before 2:00 PM EST, every effort will be made to ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Some of our linen and padded rail products come directly from the manufacturer; please allow 2- 4 weeks for delivery. We accept all major credit cards, or Certified check. Residents of North Carolina will pay 6.75 % sales tax at checkout.
